I have found Lisa's estimates to be accurate and her communication excellent per every aspect of pending projects with regard to all details and expenses.
I well realize that individuals desire a wide disparity of involvement in their landscape projects and am deeply grateful to Lisa for the time and patience she consistently shows me, given my strong interests in each of our projects at my home. I have been delighted to be continually educated and included in in the evolution of the design work and installations. Then LID introduced me to Lisa she has a unique gift of truly listening and really hearing what I wanted in terms of appearance, function and diverse needs such as improving drainage. I had delayed starting a number of projects I envisioned, as I hadn't met any designer in Colorado that I felt took the time to listen to what I envisioned. Lisa treats all with upmost respect and is obviously held in high esteem by all she works with. I have continually observed Lisa's genuine abilities to interact with all involved in my ongoing projects, whether they are trenching, moving boulders with heavy equipment, consulting on drainage issues, pouring concrete or perhaps the individual is the youngest member of the crew, my two year old grandson. Lisa's level of knowledge, ongoing research and ability to immediately turn to others in her firm or to subcontractors when indicated, is done with delightful immediacy to enhance the project and keep it moving along seamlessly. I have worked with professionals in Iowa, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina and now Colorado and can state this ongoing landscaping project, with Lisa handling the design work and oversight of the installations, has been the most noteworthy and enjoyable of all my projects. “Working with Lisa Sangelo of LID Landscapes was and is absolutely the most successful and satisfying landscaping experience I have ever enjoyed. The old saying that you get what you pay for is absolutely true. I could go on forever in this review about the things Lifescape helped us with on our house, but will suffice by saying this.
We now have the guys doing weekly / monthly maintenance on the yard as things get more established, and again, they handle that in the same way they did construction, 5 stars for that too! they are also winter watering our trees. They did everything possible to accommodate us including building and constantly revamping a temporary doggie run for our puppies while work was going on. They were by far one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. I am in the construction industry, and I know I was probably a tough client, but they absolutely did a fabulous job. Everyone we worked with at Lifescape from Troy our architect, to Brent, Rick, Charlie and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic. We had moved into the house after quite a bit of winter work had been done by Lifescape, then in the spring is when the real work began.
They were extremely professional, timely, courteous, conscientious, patient, helpful, and understanding of all of our wants and needs. From day one, we knew Lifescape was going to be our landscaper. We met with Lifescape initially at the Colorado home and garden show as we were just starting the process of building a new home. Complete irrigation system with approximately 22 zones Mulched planting areas, and walkways with flagstone pathĩ. Large block and rock gas fire pit and curved seat wallĦ. Paver front and back porches, and large paver pool deck, and side walk up to houseĤ. Complete landscape design for a 1.7 acre property, with about 3/4 acre fully landscaped, balance restored to native condition as part of new home constructionĢ.
